SyphonDigital is an independent studio. This policy covers syphondigital.online, the interactive studio you are looking at, and explains how it relates to the products hosted on its subdomains.
Only what you choose to send us through the contact form. The studio is a 3D experience that runs entirely in your browser. There are no accounts, no sign-in and no analytics. Nothing you do here is recorded, and no cookies are set by us.
When you send a message, we keep your email address, your name if you give one, and what you write. We use them to read and answer your message, and for nothing else: they go on no mailing list and are passed to no one.
The form sends to our own server in Sydney, the one that also runs SyphonGames, and only we can read what arrives. It is deleted automatically 90 days after it arrives, if we have not deleted it already. The form sets no cookies, and your IP address is used only for a short time to stop the form being flooded; it is not stored with your message. If you would rather not use the form, email us instead.
The site may keep small preferences on your own device, such as whether you have muted the sound or already seen the entry screen. This stays in your browser, is never sent anywhere, and clearing your site data removes it.
This page and the studio itself carry no advertising.
Advertising does appear on SyphonGames, our browser games portal, and is supplied by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve and measure ads there. Where the law requires it you will be asked for consent before any of that happens, and you can refuse or change your mind at any time.
Concierge, Eternity and Atlas are Windows applications. They keep your data on your own computer and each carries its own privacy policy on its own site. Nothing you do in those applications reaches this website, and nothing here reaches them.
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them. The only personal information this site handles is what someone chooses to send through the contact form.
Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information a business holds about you. The only information we hold from this site is what you have sent through the contact form; ask, and we will show it to you or delete it.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes to how advertising works will be reflected here before they take effect.
